Parametric products & ERP – MES
Parametric models do all or part of the calculations, the drawings and the assignment of the appropriate technologies.
They are often controlled via ERP – MES to the production application.
The transfer is fully integrated or via BOM in XML, CSV, etc.
Using a simple interface, the user who knows his product through and through, but does not want to lose time on complex operations, can enter the data with a few known parameters.
In vertical systems, the information is transferred via an automatically generated table to the application that takes care of further processing.
Automatic production
Preparing several hundred workpieces in minutes is no exception for certain applications.
The further processing, eg automatic nesting, can be controlled with the application specially designed for you.
When the operator wishes to intervene, he has access at all levels with the CAD/CAM environment that is familiar to him.
Sometimes 2D or 3D figures are generated which are made visible with a viewer built into the application. The simulation of operations is also shown.
The applications are usually stand alone, but can also be integrated into other CAD/CAM environments.
